We'll review the Nordhavn's maintenance log and discuss with the owner/captain in detail the periodic maintenance desired/required. A sample of some of the work items performed routinely are:

• Bottom painting and zinc replacement, including replacing the zincs in the stabilizers.
• Coolant system flushing.
• Oil and fuel filter changes.
• Anti-fouling treatment to propellers using either Mussel Buster or Prop Speed.
• Electrical and electronic repairs.
• Gelcoat and other cosmetic repairs.
• Steering system repairs and upgrades.

• Stabilizers, seal replacement, bearings, rod ends, adjustments and repairs.
• Bow and stern thruster service and repairs.

Allow us to assist you in dealing with your insurance company in the repair of your Nordhavn. We work with a variety of surveyors and mechanics who will ensure a detailed summary of all work that is required to return your yacht to "as new" condition. A sample of our recent projects include: 

• Complete engine room restoration after an electrical fire gutted the engine room. 
• Repair of the upper deck/flybridge/stack and associated electronics after collision with a bridge on the ICW.   
• Hull damage after a Nordhavn was dropped during haulout.
• Lightning damage.

We start with a thorough consultation concerning the extent of refit after completing a detailed inspection and survey. During the planning phase, we will discuss the refit budget, equipment choices, and time limitations to ensure all work performed is completed in a timely manner and on schedule. Work items normally considered in a refit:
